I received a misprinted/damaged product. What should I do?

We work with several print providers whose quality we trust in order to get orders out quickly. However, sometimes an item arrives that may be of substandard print quality, displays a mistake in printing, is the incorrect design, or the item itself is damaged/torn/broken. 

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact the shop at info@putontheday.co as soon as possible. It is helpful to include a photo of the entire item (for clothing, laid out on a flat surface), as well as a closer photo as needed highlighting the problem. 

Include your name and email you used to place the order to help with getting your situation remedied.

What is your refund/exchange/cancellation policy?

We cannot offer returns or exchanges, as all items are made to order. We work with several printing companies to get our items out quickly, so we do not maintain an in-shop inventory. If you're unsure which shirt size would fit best, please check out the sizing chart for the item... usually found as a picture in the item's variant photos. Most of our items have these size charts, but occasionally some sneak through without that addition. Let us know and we'll be happy to point you to an applicable sizing chart. 

Cancellations are not possible because after you place your order, the printer and production process begins.

Refunds and replacements are only available if you've received the wrong or misprinted items. If either of these apply, please contact us right away at info@putontheday.co.

The tracking for my order says that it has been delivered, but it has not been. What do I do?

If you receive a shipping notification that your order has been delivered, but it has not actually arrived, please reach out to us at info@putontheday.co.

Sometimes delivery services scan things incorrectly, put shipments in the incorrect mailbox, or experience some other kind of mis-delivery. 

The first thing to do is let us know at info@putontheday.co that this has occurred. All that we can tell on our end is that the shipper has marked the item as delivered, so we rely on you to let us know that your order has been not actually arrived. 

Our experience is that in situations like this, the shipment may have been delivered to a neighbor, or may arrive the next day, or sometimes the day after. 

Keep us informed.

If 2 days have passed since your package was marked "delivered", if your order has still hasn't arrived, let us know. We'll get a replacement order started.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct. 

Include any mailbox numbers, apartment units, or any other detail included in your shipping address.
